The hotel's location was convenient for exploring the city as it was on the main road and close to many tourist spots. It was easy to get around as the metro station was only a short walk away and the taxis arranged by the hotel were reliable. the first bus stop was also nearby, making it convenient to travel further out.
The hotel's cleanliness was questionable, and the rooms were not cleaned or serviced daily.

the location was superb, being situated on the main road and within a short distance from popular tourist spots. Secondly, the staff were excellent - very friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist. Lastly, despite the basic amenities and rooms in a retro Soviet design, the hotel offered great value for money.
No major issues, everything was absolutely fine.

The staff was really nice and helpful.
The breakfast could have been better and there could have been some drinks in the fridge.

the location is great - it's near a metro station and you can even walk to the city center. The staff are also very helpful and considerate, providing a free airport pick-up and organizing private tours at a good price. Secondly, the rooms are comfortable and clean, with basic amenities provided. They might have a bit of an 80's Soviet design, but I found it quite charming. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious and plentiful. It wasn't a self-service buffet, but they made sure there was enough for everyone. I particularly appreciated the young girl at the reception who spoke fluent English and was always kind and helpful.
All was fine, nothing to complain about.

Good price and state of the hotel
Hard to find even for local taxi drivers. My room was quite cold and I only got a blanket on separate request. The staff was not very well prepared (although this is caucasus standard). There was no basin in the bathroom so all the place was completely wet after taking a shower.

Staffs are friendly. They offered us free transfer from airport. Hotel is new and clean. WiFi is reliable.
Break fast is simple and same all the days.

Friendly and helpful staff made our business trip much easier and more enjoyable. The breakfast was really good, with a variety of options to choose from. The location was perfect for us, close to public transportation and within walking distance to restaurants and shops.
The internet connection in the hotel was not very reliable, which made it difficult to work efficiently at times. The room could have been cleaner, especially the carpets which looked a little run down.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable experience. The location was perfect for exploring the city, as it was on the main road and close to all the tourist spots. The rooms had a unique charm with their 80's Soviet design, and the basic amenities were all provided. The breakfast spread was satisfying, with a variety of options to choose from.
Everything was perfectly fine.

price was pretty ok as for Baku
On arrival we were suggested to stay in double room instead of reserved single (as they do not have free rooms, because "haven't check the Booked.net"). I waited quite a while for the invoice, the staff lost my visit card and the invoice indicated wrong amount of money. Also, the breakfast were very poor and late.

Really friendly and helpful staff, you see they like their job.
The location is not the best and it was quite hard to find, no signs on the way (use the free pick up service)
